The founders of CVSC believe in the value of service and the need for a better way to care for our elderly. The company was formed in January 1998 to develop a network of senior care management services focused on independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, day care, and private home care. The company was formed by individuals with over 50 years of healthcare experience, spanning operations, finance, and development in the long term care, staffing, and rehabilitation arenas. CVSC's primary focus is to own, lease, or manage senior living facilities and expand the senior care continuum with the addition of senior clinics, home care, and day care.

We believe that as the senior care markets rapidly expand and providers compete for residents, owners and operators will turn away from a hospitality model and toward a care and outcome approach. CVSC's management team is uniquely able to meet these needs with our proficiency in senior care market assessment, facility development, program design, and care management for frail, elderly and dementia residents.

To support our care model, CVSC has developed a unique information system to link our resident database to senior care providers and families, and to provide much-needed care planning and financial support. This system allows us to integrate into our local healthcare communities as well as to monitor outcomes across our entire network.

CVSC seeks to serve as a partner with others to develop the senior care model in the 21st century. We look not only to maximize occupancy in the facilities we operate, but also to develop an integrated network of senior care services that help us identify frail or dementia residents for placement into our programs.
