The Family Connection is a new way for you to stay close to your loved one in our community. This is a whole new way for family members to view recent care history of their loved one. With your secure password on the internet, a family member can review thier loved one's recent care delivery, specific nurse's notes and upcoming community information. This information is available any time of the day or night and is updated on a daily basis. This is a whole new way of delivering information and in harmony with our focus on care.
