The Family Connection is a new way to stay close to your loved one in our community. Using CaraSyst™, our exclusive software, can we deliver, document, and monitor each resident's care continuously and comprehensively.

Our hand-held computer software combined with specific, personal care plans generates an information system that is alive, always accessable and activates immediate response, in real time, with our staff of professionals. The Family Connection is a summary of the most important items on your mind.

What will the Family Connection tell you?
With your secure pasword on the internet, a family member can review their loved one's recent care delivery, specific nurse's notes, and upcoming community information. This information is available any time of day or night, with the nurse's summary notes updated on a monthly basis. If you prefer, we can mail or fax your Family Connection to you at intervals of your choice.
