Home
Care
We understand that many seniors prefer to care for their loved
ones at home for as long as possible. To assist them, our
Home Care Program was designed to offer the additional help
necessary in the comfort and privacy of home. Our services
are always flexible to your needs and we can assist you for
several hours, days or 24-hour overnight care. We are able
to met your needs 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
We offer quality care, conversation and socialization with
a focus on observation, safety and security.
Our agency has professional liability insurance and all of
our caregivers are bonded. CaraVita Home Care is locally owned
and operated by a GA. State Licensed Registered Nurse and
is licensed by the GA. Dept. of Human Resources.

Supplemental
Staffing
We
can provide your facility with qualified nursing assistants
and our local staff can respond to your call in minutes,
7 days a week and 24 hours a day. We are able to assist
you with the difficult times of startup, holidays, vacations
and those unforeseen staffing shortages. Let us make the

Our services are conveniently packaged in several different

4A
Comprehensive 24/hours-7 days a week Home Care Package
This package of Home Care services provides continuous care
and oversight in your home. Personal care services, nutrition
support, home maker tasks and companionship are the comprehensive
benefits of this all inclusive package.
> $185 per day for live-ins. |
4Day
to Day Assisted Living in Your Home
Each 12 hour day includes Tuck Out and Tuck In Services plus
additional services dependent. On client’s and family’s
needs of personal care services, Nutrition support, home maker
tasks and companionship.
> $16 per hour for a 12-hour day. |
4Tuck
Out and Tuck In Services
This package provides assistance in your home for 2 hours in
the morning and 2 hours in the evening to help clients get ready
for the day and get ready for bed. Personal care and hygiene
services, nutrition support and basic home maker tasks are included.
> $64 per day. |
4Transportation
Package
Sometimes our clients and families simply need some transportation
assistance and a companion to help to and from appointments,
shopping or outings. This package comes with a 4-hour minimum.
> $69 for 4 hours, 20 mile radius included, if using
caregiver’s car. |
4Pet
Care Package
We all know how important pets are to our emotional well being
and what wonderful companions they can be for seniors. This
package is available only in conjunction with another service
package with CaraVita Home Care. Services can include walking
and feeding of pet, cleaning litter box/cage/papers or scheduling
a grooming visit.
> $7 extra per visit or $70 extra/month. |
4Home
Care by the Hour
We also provide home care by the hour if you would prefer not
to choose a special package of service options. As with our
other packages, this requires no contract or any long term commitment,
just a 2 hour minimum.
> $18.50 per hour with a 2 hour minimum, $16 per hour
with a 4 hour minimum. |
