Living
Our independent
living offers four types of accommodations for the active
senior: efficiency, one and two bedroom and two bedroom
deluxe. Each apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen,
washer/dryer unit, ample storage space and medical emergency
call systems. All are available on a 12-month lease
basis.
Also included
in the lease is one meal per day, twice monthly housekeeping
services, weekly laundry service
of bed and bath linens, professional security service,
scheduled local transportation, service of a full time
activities director, maintenance of units and all common
areas, lighted off-street parking, swimming pool, a
walking park and all utilities except for private telephone
and
cable TV.

Assisted
Living
Hidden in one of Montgomery's finest communities, CaraVita
Assisted Living offers a way of life that allows residents
to maintain their independence, but assists them according
to their own individual needs. The added feature of
having a secure, gated community gives family members
piece of mind.
Special considerations of safety and adequate, manageable
living space were taken into the design of all units.
Each comes unfurnished, so that with the placement of
one's own belongings and personal touch, it will have
the look and feel of home. For those whose needs are
on a short term basis, CaraVita Village Respite Program
provides room furnishings at no additional charge.
CaraVita Assisted Living provides professional assistance
with medications, bathing, dressing and meals. These
services are offered on a short term or long term basis.
Monthly fees include three well-balanced meals, weekly
housekeeping, laundry service of bed and bath linens,
scheduled transportation, cable TV and all utilities
except for private phone. We encourage our residents
to pursue their interests and take part in the many
activities offered.
CaraVita Village staffs licensed practical nurses (LPN's)
or personal care attendants around the clock for any
assistance that residents may need.
